I am an education/labor and employment attorney with significant advisory and legal counseling experience as both Board and In-House Counsel and as the head of Human Resources and Compliance.

I have expertise in employee selection and hiring, certification, tenure rights, job descriptions, employee evaluation/management, employee handbooks and employer policies, internal investigations and responding to employee issues and concerns. I am also a skilled labor negotiator on behalf of the employer for all bargaining units, help respond to union grievances and assist in reaching settlement on issues. I work closely with the employer to conduct employee sexual harassment, Affirmative Action, inappropriate staff conduct, HIB and other investigations.

I have expertise in NJ's HIB law, FMLA/NJFLA, Title IX, OPMA and OPRA. I am also a statewide public speaker/presenter on employment issues and Human Resources.
